Real Men Read!





Mr. Glen came to our school as a guest reader. He brought fishing equipment and shared with our class. Here are more pictures of him with the students after he read aloud a story.

SO MANY 100 %'s


One day, I gave a test and had sooooo many 100's that I had to take a picture of it. We ran out of space to fit them all! Great job kids!

Show and Tell




For one week, we had a Show-and-Tell day each day. Here are a few pictures of our favorite toys. The kids really enjoyed this week. I want another one later in the year.

Learning to Trade






Students each brought a treat to school for Show And Tell favorite treat day. Then we learned how to barter with a friend for some of their treat. Deals were going on all over the room!

For great behavior, we got to wear a crazy hat to school.

Here are some of our day and night sky posters. This was a homework project. The students had to present their posters to the class as they practiced proper speaking techniques.

Ms. Riddle's Helpers


My students are coloring drawings of our winter words list. We hang lists in our classroom to aid our writing during each holiday.

Candy Canes





We did candy cane math. We counted the stripes on our candy canes and wrote that number. And we made candy cane ornaments for the Christmas tree for our school. We were the first ones to decorate the tree.

PAPER CREATIONS!






The students were given materials to get creative and make what they wished. We had evil robots, jet planes, dinosaurs, purses, boats, race cars, and other good objects. I encourage parents to repeat this at home on rainy days!

More Paper Creations






Students love a little bit of free time to explore with paper, scissors, and glue. They had a great time making objects of their choice. Some even worked together.

WII is Great for Exercise


This is a dance program we used for our great behavior reward for November.

All those students with great behavior for the month of November got to dance to a WII program in the auditorium. It was a lot of fun. All but one of our classmates got to attend. Yayy!
